Mark the 6th of November down in your diaries, because the Southern Counties Farming & Machinery Show is returning to Newbury Showground for 2024.

The show is expanding on the success of its inaugural year and promises another busy day of agricultural companies large and small, all being showcased under one roof – for free!

From the publishers of Agricultural Trader, profi and South East Farmer, the show gives attendees the chance to sample and keep up to date with all things farming and farm-related, new products and services, as well as the latest farm machinery from the region’s top manufacturers and dealers.

There will also be a live farm machinery auction on the day, courtesy of Symonds & Sampson, featuring a wide range of items, with live onsite and online bidding options available. Those wishing to enter machinery and equipment can contact the Symonds & Sampson’s office in Tiverton. Early entries are encouraged to maximise visibility and interest from potential buyers.

The show is sponsored by Köckerling, who will be showing its new Allrounder Bio, which is a mounted machine for full surface cultivation at a consistent shallow depth and can be used in regenerative and conventional tillage systems.

Exhibitors confirmed this year include Farol, Hutchinsons, Gowan, BK Grain, Lister Wilder and many, many more. In addition to the show’s core farming and machinery content, there will also be construction and outdoor power equipment for visitors to see, plus a vintage tractor area.

That’s not all! Attendees will have the chance to receive BASIS, FACTS and NRoSO points when they attend. There will be a dedicated area for points registration at the show, so please remember to have your scheme membership number to hand when you arrive at the show.
