Great Gransden Show 2024 cancelled due to heavy rainfall

Great Gransden Show 2024 cancelled due to heavy rainfall

This weekend’s Great Gransden Show 2024, which was set to take place on Saturday 28th September at Great Gransden, Cambs, has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.

The agricultural event’s organisers said in a statement:

‘We regret to inform you that the 2024 Great Gransden Show has been cancelled due to the extremely heavy rainfall, which has left our site and car parks waterlogged. Even though the weather is expected to improve tomorrow, the ground will unfortunately remain too unsafe for us to proceed with the event.

‘We are in the process of contacting all exhibitors, traders, and visitors directly. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you at future events under better conditions.

‘Thank you for your continued support and patience.
