AUGUST 23, 2008: The poor August weather is continuing to scupper both the cereal and grassland harvest.
Arable and livestock farmers are becoming increasingly frustrated as they struggle to cope.But, although there is serious concern over second and third-cut silage and the UK cereal harvest which is now around 10 days behind normal, wheat crops are not yet in peril.
