FEBRUARY 13, 2009: New research has found that, contrary to previousadvice, eating eggs doesn’t raise cholesterol to dangerous levels atall.
A team from the University of Surrey says eating more than three eggs in a week is not in fact bad for people’s health.Several studies of egg nutrition were conducted, and the research concluded that high cholesterol and heart disease could no longer be linked to egg consumption as diet only accounts for a third of the cholesterol in the body.
