Butchery manager at Jimmy’s Farm Jamie Willows insists “with a pig, you can eat everything but the oink”

Jamie conducts Soil Association butchery masterclasses as well as his own demonstrations. People go to his demonstrations so they can buy an animal and butcher it themselves. All sorts of different people go to them from city people to people with smallholdings.He prides himself on using traditional methods and keeping old skills alive.
