Good news! The South West is getting its very own farming show this year with The West Country Farming & Machinery Show, a completely FREE event for the farming industry where audiences will find the latest machinery from the biggest manufacturers and dealers.

Taking place on 22 February in the heart of the West Country at Exeter’s prestigious Westpoint Arena, The West Country Farming & Machinery Show will bring new machines, innovations, auctions, discussions and seminars all in one place, with exhibitors covering more than 9,000sqm of exhibition space.

There will also be six demo areas with handling demonstrations by Case IH, Merlo, John Deere, Manitou, Zetor and JCB.

The latest machinery
With brands from the very forefront of agricultural machinery represented, you can expect to see the latest must-haves at The West Country Farming & Machinery Show.

Machinery from Pöttinger will be among the brands represented at the show

Brands represented include Case IH, John Deere, Fendt, Pöttinger, Kuhn, New Holland, Claas, JCB, McCormick, Amazone, Stewart, Krone, Sumo, Samson, Grimme, Merlo, Griffith Elder, Manitou, Teagle, Grenadier, Tramspread, Kubota and Zetor.

Live machinery auction
The West Country Farming & Machinery Show aims to stand out against other agricultural shows, which is why we’ll be hosting a live machinery auction courtesy of Edward Buckland Auctioneers. There will be over 200 machinery items for sale at the event, including a wide
range of small and large tractors, farm and plant machinery and vehicles.

Thought-provoking seminars
A number of seminars will also be taking place at the show, with topics including alternatives to artificial fertiliser, alternative fuels, on-farm energy production and red diesel.

BASIS, FACTS and NRoSO CPD points, charity rides and a FREE breakfast roll
That’s not all! We are also expecting to be able to offer BASIS, FACTS and NRoSO CPD points, helping to keep not just that all-important professional accreditation, but also a range of skills up to scratch.

Grenadier will also be among the brands represented at the show

Furthermore, Masons Kings will be bringing along a John Deere 865M Gator to give visitors experience rides on the 4×4 track near the showground, with all donations going to the Devon Air Ambulance.

As if that wasn’t enough, for those especially keen on 22 February, there will be free Devon bacon rolls for early bird attendees.
