The Animal & Plant Health Agency has reported six further cases of bird flu across East Anglia and North West England.

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1) has been confirmed at:

  • a premises near Soham, East Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire
  • a premises near Watlington, King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk
  • a premises near Dereham, Breckland, Norfolk
  • a ninth premises near Attleborough, Breckland, Norfolk
  • a tenth premises near Attleborough, Breckland, Norfolk
  • a premises near Kirkham, Fylde, Lancashire.
